YOUR FUTURE FIELD OF ACTIVITY
As Country Manager, you will play a leading role in supporting us with the market launch of our innovative insurance services in France.
- Manage all projects and processes for our newly expanding in-country office for both B2C and B2B clients.
- Carrying out market and competition analyses
- Setting and controlling annual budgets and preparing a detailed annual business plan as well as monthly, quarterly or annual targets for sales, profit and costs
- Negotiate and collaborate with local businesses to procure all necessary resources and services
- Work with management to evaluate the best strategy for launching services in the new market environment
- Interface function between all departments at hepster for the on-time coordination of all necessary tasks for a successful market entry
- Effectively network with local clients and build strong professional relationships
- The ability to communicate effectively in a customer-focused manner

- Fluent (native) command of the local language (French)
- Master's degree, MBA (business administration, law, or similar)
- Significant organizational development experience in finance, insurance, and marketing is a strong plus (FinTech/InsurTech background, if applicable)
- Exceptionally well organized and success oriented
- Ability to succeed in high-pressure situations
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Analytical thinking with excellent problem solving skills
- Solid experience with data-driven strategic development
- Decisiveness and commitment
- Excellent communication skills
