Together with our members, we live an open, diverse, and purposeful entrepreneurship.

We are convinced that community and trust can endure times of crisis and always lead to prosperous approaches in the long term. We also believe that only an open and self-confident error culture can lead to positive developments.

Our patriotism is dedicated to Hanseatic entrepreneurship, is rooted in our homeland, and is apolitical at the same time. With us, all people are part of a vibrant community, regardless of origin, gender, religion, opinion, or political affiliation. We work together with joy on the future here in Northern Germany.

Our actions follow principles that we want to motivate our environment and members to follow, but not prescribe.

• Transparency: We stand for the self-confidence to be open, transparent, and truthful.
• Community: Each of us contributes to the positive development of the community
• Error culture: Adhering to the code and values includes an error culture
