Living sustainability. Enabling innovation. Strengthening cooperation.

Bilingual event: English - Polish (with simultaneous translation)

The IHK Neubrandenburg, the POLSMA project and the Gründungswerft warmly invite committed representatives from business, politics, science and society to Greifswald to the Green Summit 2025.

Together we want to actively shape the green transformation in our region.

The focus is on cross-border exchange, networking and inspiration around topics such as sustainability, green economy, the European Green Deal and environmental awareness.

Whether companies, start-ups, associations, institutions or committed individuals – the Green Summit creates a platform for new ideas, knowledge transfer and partnership cooperation between Germany and Poland. The entire event will be conducted bilingually and translated simultaneously.

Four thematic focuses – One common goal: A sustainable future

Theme field 1: The Green Deal – Effects on our region

What are the concrete consequences of the Green Deal for local businesses? Entrepreneurs provide practical insights. Additionally, a tool for uncomplicated CO2 balancing will be presented, which also helps smaller companies create sustainability reports. Different political implementations in Poland and Germany round off the perspectives.

Theme field 2: Sustainable building and green financing

A forward-looking company presents new ways in sustainable building. Supplementing this, a tool for evaluating energy efficiency will be presented. An expert from the banking sector explains what sustainable financing means – and what potential it offers companies.

Theme field 3: Future of food – Innovation meets tradition

An exciting panel with a vegan food start-up and regional farmers highlights how modern food approaches can go hand in hand with sustainable agriculture. Tradition and innovation enter into dialogue.

Theme field 4: Start-ups for the green transformation

In a German-Polish pitch competition, young founders present their ideas for a sustainable future. Afterwards, a networking format invites you to talk – with entrepreneurs, sponsors and potential cooperation partners.

Encounter and exchange – with space for dialogue

In addition to the content program, breaks and joint meals offer ample opportunity for informal conversations, new partnerships and exchange across national borders.

Be part of this transnational change – together for a green, innovative and sustainable future

After the official part of the event we invite you to an After Work Event
