Hey, we are NOVA Campus – Your partner when it comes to modern recruiting and cool career opportunities! Our goal? We bring companies together with the right talents and ensure that both sides are happy and successful.

Everything started in 2019 – as students.

We were missing something. When we were close to graduating, we realized that regional career opportunities are often invisible. So, we founded NOVA to change exactly that.

In the beginning, the vision was simple: create a platform that connects students and companies. Internships, part-time jobs, final theses – the perfect match for both sides. What started as a small idea has since developed into a full-fledged recruiting service. Today, we support companies with HR issues, build projects, and ensure that people and companies find each other, who really fit together.

Our target group is companies, start-ups and organizations that are looking for skilled workers and labor. Especially when capacities or ideas for the development of new strategies are lacking, we come into play.

Meanwhile, we have many customers all over Germany, have over 2400 applicants in our applicant pool and transmit thousands of pre-qualified applications every year.

Our team consists of three founders and two additional grandiose employees.
