Zukunftszentrum DeveLUP - The future center DeveLUP in the district of Ludwigslust-Parchim between Hamburg and Berlin

The DeveLUP is the future center in the Ludwigslust-Parchim district and houses all relevant players for our economic and innovative lead - from the startup center to regional economic development. The DeveLUP is located exactly between Hamburg and Berlin. It offers the ideal space and infrastructure to implement ideas for our nature, society, and economy. Out into the countryside, into the future.

Numerous visitors from the economy, society and politics followed the invitation and have visited the new start-up and founding center on the Berlin - Hamburg axis since then.

The building is the new future center in the Ludwigslust-Parchim district and houses various economic and educational organizations to promote the regional economy and innovative power in the district.

Among other things, the DeveLUP has a new location for the district adult education center, the Südwestmecklenburg economic development company mbH, and the start-up and founding center of the Ludwigslust-Parchim district.

Start-ups and founders can access high-quality co-working workspaces and ideal infrastructure for building their company in the DeveLUP. In the same building, they have direct access to the entrepreneurial network, consisting of experts from the economy, research, funding, and administration of the region, as well as to consulting and expertise on founding and financing topics.

NewWork Center DeveLUP

New demands on everyday work, skilled worker shortages, and more flexibility in the workplace are challenges for employers, for which the DeveLUP also has suitable offers. The day- or month-wise rentable spaces in the two shared offices offer companies the greatest possible flexibility for their employees with simultaneously low administrative effort.

The same-named start-up and founding center DeveLUP in Ludwigslust focuses industry- and sector-crosswise on sustainable business models, in the sense of the European Green Deal. Closely networked with regional economic partners and the administration, it offers founders a wide range of opportunities to make new ideas a reality, both in theory and in practice.

Meanwhile, more and more people are using our offers, which support them in building and setting up companies. These include our newsletter, modern workplaces, diverse event formats, rooms for conferences or the multiplication of our diverse network.

Our team consists of employees from the Metropolregion specialist department, Innovation and Projects of the Ludwigslust-Parchim district. The startup and founding coordinator at the DeveLUP Future Center is Henrik Wegner, who is also involved in the Gründungswerft MV. Additionally, Henrik is engaged as a digitalization ambassador of the state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
