Good podcasts are the means of choice to stay in people’s minds. The special agency Wellenrauschen has everything under one roof for this purpose.

To reach the target group sustainably, but also to succeed in the global competition – the agency Wellenrauschen from Rostock is a partner and full-service provider for companies, associations, clubs, organizations and self-employed individuals, especially for topics of digital and sustainable transformation.

Above all, small and medium-sized enterprises face increasing challenges in global competition. The lack of skilled and trained personnel, high sickness rates and staff fluctuation lead to lower productivity and ultimately to competitive disadvantages.

Corporate podcasts open up new ways of communication in companies.

Employees are regularly informed about processes through podcasts and more involved in decision-making. Content-rich podcasts contribute to improved knowledge transfer, an open dialogue culture, and greater transparency. This increases identification with the company, reduces personnel fluctuation, and strengthens the employer brand for potential skilled and trainee personnel.

Audible Effect

Furthermore, corporate podcasts reach target groups in a unique and sustainable way. They are therefore a means of choice to consolidate and establish the company’s corporate identity in the long term.

Or in other words: With podcasts, you can convey the image of your organization that you have conceived in a targeted and effective manner.

Current Milestones and Challenges of the Agency

Interest in corporate podcasts is growing. More and more companies are discovering this format for internal and external communication. Among the milestones this year is that Wellenrauschen was able to win renowned new customers from Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, including Scanhaus Marlow, the East Energy Group, and Service Agentur MV.

From October, further own formats are planned, including the podcast „Flurfunk“, which takes a closer look at other corporate podcasts. The well-known Wellenrauschen podcast will also take new thematic paths after a relaunch.

By the way, you’ll find a collection in our section Podcasts that was created in our founding scene along with Wellenrauschen. For example, founder Jonas Flint provides valuable insights into his career at StartUp DEJ Technologies, or Koopango. But also Raijana from ENTAVA (formerly INOVA Protein) talks about her food startup in an episode of Wellenrauschen.

The agency’s workshop offer

In the podcast workshops of Wellenrauschen, participants are guided step by step to the successful implementation of their podcast project. The beginner courses provide a comprehensive overview of the current market situation, show proven practices and convey technical, production-related as well as marketing-relevant basics. In the strategy workshop, the concept for the podcast is developed together, including format, title, duration, frequency and initial content. For in-depth insights, specialized workshops on the topics of podcast editing (in GarageBand) and podcast marketing are available.

More non-bureaucratic funding, especially for freelancers, solo self-employed and micro-enterprises.

About the collaboration within the framework of the Wellenrauschen Podcast. 🙂
