Currently, we are struggling with the search for talented employees and the successful approach and positioning of successor companies, in order to be able to grow in the long term.
We were successfully selected to participate in two Accelerator-Programs – a great opportunity for our growth.

Question 1: What is going particularly well from your point of view in the start-up scene in MV?
The MV founding scene is particularly convincing due to its strong networking and unique cohesion among each other. This is a great basis for mutual support and joint successes!

We wish for more coordination, better networking and stronger political involvement to fully exploit the potential of the MV startup scene.

We became aware of the founding shipyard through a regulars‘ table in Greifswald.
If you had a vision for the start-up scene, or the founding scene of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, what would it be?
As founders here in MV, we dream of a startup scene that not only grows, but is also resilient and future-proof. We envision that with our strong foundation as a vibrant community, we support each other, roll out mentor programs and exchange experiences.
We have many innovative ideas that focus on the strengths of the region and really create something new, become nationwide market leaders, supra-regional & international players.
So that MV becomes the founder’s land and no longer lags behind nationwide in Germany!
Because MV is a place of action, we will strengthen the region with strong structures, qualified people and immense know-how.
