HYTRA closes 10-million-euro investment deal – Strategic partnership for next-generation hydrogen ships

The founding shipyard member HYTRA has achieved a significant milestone: Together with the renowned company TIN, a strategic deal worth 10 million euros has been concluded.

The goal of the partnership is the joint development and market launch of emission-free hydrogen ships and innovative next-generation hydrogen tanks. HYTRA, which is considered a pioneer in maritime hydrogen technology, strengthens not only its technological pioneering role with this step, but also its economic position in the future market of green mobility.

The partnership with TIN highlights the enormous potential of the developed technologies and opens up new perspectives for sustainable shipping. As a founding shipyard community, we are pleased with this success and proud to have accompanied HYTRA on its way. The deal once again shows the innovative power of the North German start-up scene – and the contribution that start-ups from our network can make to a climate-neutral future.
