Founder Dr. Martin Israel is a specialist in drone-based wildlife rescue. He founded the company in 2020 together with Tobias Dahms as a spin-off of the German Aerospace Center. Together with their team, they work to preserve fawns, hares and ground-nesting birds from death during the harvest of agricultural areas.

- Dr. Martin Israel: Managing Director and Specialist for Computer Vision. He began research and development for fawn rescue in 2010 and received his doctorate on this topic.
- Tobias Dahms: Responsible for management and development. He brings experience as a drone service provider as well as knowledge in agriculture and nature conservation. Stefan Holstein: Responsible for sales and training in southern Germany. As a hunter, he has been active in fawn rescue in the Allgäu region for many years.
- Andreas Kern: Programmer, responsible for app development, internet presence, and setting up the online shop. Mattes Reuter: Management assistant and organizational talent for tasks at the Greifswald site; also deployed as a drone pilot.
- Carolin Vallinga: Responsible for data analysis and wildlife rescue, particularly for preparing and analyzing thermal image data.
