Vulvida accompanies women in the Greifswald, Stralsund, Grimmen and Süderholz area with holistic support - from womb healing to desire for children to pregnancy, birth and the time afterwards.

Vulvida is a holistic practice for women's support in northeastern Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, specializing in topics such as womb connection, desire for children, pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period.

With an offer of yoga courses and individual doula support, Vulvida supports women in Greifswald, Stralsund, Grimmen, and Süderholz in finding their female strength, consciously perceiving their body, and trustfully going through different life phases.

The goal is to create a protected space for healing, self-care, and holistic growth.

✨ About Kathrin Bonhardt – Vulvida Yogadoula

I am Kathrin – founder of Vulvida, Yogadoula, educator, mother, visionary, and companion for women in all life phases. My heartfelt concern is to accompany women on their individual path: around the cycle, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, recovery, and female primal power.

From my own life experience, I know how deeply healing can occur in the field of femininity when we consciously and lovingly turn to our cycle and the major transitions in life – such as pregnancy and birth. I believe that birth and motherhood are sacred – and that we women need space, time, and community to unfold our full potential.

On our self-sufficient farm in the nature of Northern Germany, I live with my family and our two dogs Kali & Mata. Here, my courses, retreats, and online offers are created – intertwined with my love for yoga, rituals, and female wisdom.
