Founders and startups
More and more individuals are choosing to start a business in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Particularly innovative business ideas (startups) are emerging throughout the state and receiving strong support. We are the association of founders in Mecklenburg Western-Pomerania.
Self-employed (individuals)
The step into self-employment is often seen as a step towards self-realization and freedom. Many positive aspects come into play with such a decision. However, along with realization comes responsibility. With us, you'll encounter many self-employed individuals who also contribute to our startup scene.
Centers of innovation
In Rostock, Lietzow (Rügen), Stralsund, Greifswald, Neubrandenburg, Ludwigslust, and Parchim, you'll find (digital) innovation centers serving as hubs for all the needs you might have as a founder or self-employed individual. All these centers are members of the Gründungswerft and not only form the startup ecosystem but also contribute to our statewide startup scene.
Consulting
Major institutions, educational establishments, as well as coaches, provide you with everything you need for your realization and personal development. Many of them are part of the Gründungswerft and are open to trustworthy conversations as well.
Investors
Financial backers are also an integral part of our community and startup scene. The pathways are short, and the relationships are built on trust. Together, we shape the future of our startups in Mecklenburg Western-Pomerania.
Accelerators
Great institutions with many smart individuals guide founders through structured processes aimed at establishing and progressing beyond the startup phase. In Mecklenburg Western-Pomerania, we have several accelerators where you can apply with your idea. All are members of the founding dockyard and just a speed dial away.
Coworking-Spaces
They're an integral part of our scene and enliven the entire expanse of our state. Here, many personalities come together and enjoy the beauty of Mecklenburg Western-Pomerania, whether in the city, countryside, or by the beach.
Agencies take care of everything you want
In Mecklenburg Western-Pomerania, there are agencies for all needs. Whether it's press or marketing work, your corporate identity, or complete business field development, you can cleverly outsource all these aspects.
